(John Dantona) is a retired professor from the University of Southern California’s prestigious film department who auditions for Frank in “Stan & Frank” Episode 201: Finding Alan. An intellectual and highly qualified director, he bores Frank with his efforts chronicling the life of Romanian auteur Gustav Kuzlavic as a documentary filmmaker and Frank ultimately rejects him when he realizes that his name is not Alan but Dr. Larry Thomas.
